WORKSHOP OBJECTIVE:

This workshop is for Organizations who want to harness the power of Emotional Intelligence as part of their professional development program. It can be tailored to the employment level of the attendees from entry level management to executive team.

TIME: Option for either a half day or full day workshop.

1. Emotional Quotient Intelligence (EQi) on line assessment- All participants will take the EQi prior to the event and receive their report during the event.(a link will be emailed to each person) View sample Report

2. Workbook, EQ Development Plan, EI Growth Graphs- Each participant will receive a copy of all slides, an EQ Development plan, and EI Growth Graphs to use for individual development.

3. One on One and Group Interactions- During the workshop participants will engage with each other on an individual and group basis to explore and understand their EQ profile and the costs and benefits associated with their EI skills.
