LabTech workshops offer a unique type of learning platform for managed service providers

LabTech Software, the only powerful, robust-featured remote monitoring and management (RMM) platform developed by a Managed Service Provider (MSP) for Managed Service Providers, today announced upcoming dates for workshops featuring in-depth product training, peer collaboration and networking.

LabTech Software's quarterly workshops provide a powerful conduit for the company to continue the commitment to building a strong and connected service provider community. These one-day training sessions are conducted by experts with in-depth product knowledge and extensive background in the IT services industry. Attendees benefit not only from technical instruction on topics including scripting, custom monitoring, and automation but also from the opportunity to share industry insights and expertise. LabTech workshops are the foundation for peer collaboration where this technical community can standardize industry best practices and learn about the latest products and services.

"LabTech workshops will continue to build on the learning and collaboration gained at the recent Automation Nation event, and are another way our partners can optimize their investment in RMM," said Jeannine Edwards, Director, LabTech Community. "We're focused on LabTech's commitment to building a powerful community of service leaders, and these workshops are a platform for just that. It's another way LabTech is differentiating itself in this very competitive marketplace."

Automation Nation, held last in June, was the company's most successful to date, drawing 325 MSPs and 18 vendor sponsors. Workshops are intended to extend the opportunities created at the conference and share insights with more partners. To serve its expanding base of MSPs on the West Coast, LabTech is also holding its first-ever off-site Essentials Boot Camp training, September 5-7 in Newport Beach, Calif. The Essentials Boot Camp training is a three-day hands-on training course conducted in a classroom setting.

The upcoming workshops are scheduled as follows:

Dallas, Texas: August 16
Providence, Rhode Island: September 13
Toronto, Canada: September 28
